App Adoption Process

AAP allows us to step in and adopt an app and put our own process and infrastructure in place to help an app perform to the best of its ability. There's constant communication between all stakeholders to ensure that all bases are covered, and optimisation happens at pace.

Process

Firstly, we'll workshop with you to capture a business understanding of the purpose of your app or product. We'll then begin to write a test script that we're comfortable with and that highlights critical major and minor functionality, confirming with major stakeholders that that's right for this app or product. We'll then audit the app against the script and obtain a backlog of issues for us to begin working with. We'll also conduct a digital MOT that will continue to feed into the backlog of issues, all while putting in place analytics, crashlytics and other infrastructures that help us to be able to adopt an app and bring it back up to speed.

Outputs

We'll capture a business understanding of what this application can and should do, before then writing a test script that we're comfortable with and highlights critical major and minor functionality. We'll confirm with major stakeholders that that's right for this application. We'll then audit the application against that script and obtain a backlog of issues. Following that, we'll conduct a top to bottom Digital MOT that will also inform the backlog of issues to be resolved. Finally, we'll put in place analytics, crashlytics, and all other infrastructure that helps us do our job.
