Other Post Asma Younus Meet the Team: Arran Kirkup Time to meet another member of our Indiespring team. Arran joined Indiespring over three years ago and looks after our portfolio of clients. From the moment you start working with us, Arran is on hand all the way through your project as well as providing ongoing support once your digital solution has been built. As well as client engagement Arran takes care of invoicing, internal reporting and helps the marketing team with events. In between his hectic schedule, we managed to squeeze in a quick chat: What I do now… Head of Client Engagement What I wanted to do when I was younger… Ever since watching Jurassic Park at the tender age of 6, I wanted to be a palaeontologist. I could name tons of dinosaurs and which era they were from and collected/watched/played absolutely everything dinosaur related for years. My hidden talent is… Not so hidden, but I’m ranked Champion on Rocket League and play on a pretty decent team with one of my colleagues, Dave Thorpe. What I love about Indiespring… Indiespring do everything they can to help you live your best life away from work and have genuine flexibility around working hours, locations etc. The people are great and some of my best friends work here! Outside work we have walking days and play video games together in our spare time. My chosen celebratory displate*… Baby Driver. It’s a film by my favourite director, Ed Wright. When a new employee joins and passes probation, as a celebration they choose a displate that represents a movie, game, tv show etc. that they love or means something to them and it is added to our displate wall of fame. It’s a great way to learn more about each other, share our interests and to celebrate our various passions.
